I am so excited to share these images with you! This client walked in the studio door with such great lingerie choices; it was fun to style her session. She shopped at a local store, Flirt Lingerie. If you know me at all, you know I love to shop local. So this was really fun to feature their pieces! 

This client booked her photo shoot for an upcoming wedding. As a Minneapolis Boudoir photographer, I have a lot of brides come into the studio, and I love to see it.

Usually, the initial goal of someone reaching out to arrange a shoot before their big day is so they can gift an album to their partner. But I’ve also found that along the way they end up with this big confidence boost in themselves! Win-win. I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: you don’t have to diet your way down the aisle. Might I suggest booking a session instead and finally seeing what a badass already are?

This client wanted to do that cozy, lived-in look that I’m obsessed with right now. We opted for Flirt Lingerie pieces that were casual and comfortable. A small tank with briefs and high socks. A high-cut black pair of underwear. And oversized cropped sweater. All these styling choices let us create a VIBE that was authentic to her. (And we got to show off her amazing tattoos in the process!)

This session was so much fun, we ended up talking and laughing her entire shoot at the MN studio. By the end of it, we made plans to hang out over dinner! That’s a reason I love this job—getting to connect and make some serious long-term friendships out of it!
