If you’re from the Twin Cities, have you ever heard of Bonita Muze Studio? If not, let me introduce you to this magical place to create! My client for this session had booked me several times before, so to keep things fresh and interesting, we booked this beautiful studio for our session.
My client opted for a few different outfit choices to compliment the environment, and wow, did she kill it. She started off with a red bodysuit that was a perfect contract to the neutrals in the space. It was a deep burgundy one-piece bodysuit with delicate mauve lace detailing along the neckline and hips. Talk about creating the perfect balance of bold and romantic. YES PLEASE. It was a confident, empowering piece, and you could just see her embodying her power here.
We played with all different kinds of poses, from smiling and gentle. To powerful and sexy. (Peek the one where she crawled on the back of the couch!! Hot damn!)
Half way through her session, we pivoted outfits and went for that cozy lived-in look I’ve been so obsessed with recently. With a fitted white tee, high socks and a cotton thong, she brought out all the cozy elements of the studio. She trusted my guidance with posing, and we played with the natural light in the studio.
This session was the perfect reminder of why I do what I do — creating space for women to feel seen, celebrated, and completely themselves. Whether it’s in my Minneapolis boudoir studio, or a new creative space.
Whether you’re wanting sultry and bold or soft and intimate: every part of this shoot reflected her essence so beautifully. If you’ve been craving a session that feels both empowering and deeply personal, take this as your sign. Bonita Muze was the dreamiest backdrop, and I’m already counting down the days until I shoot there again. Ready to make some magic of your own? Let’s chat.
