Another year of boudoir has come and gone, and sitting down to reflect on 2025 feels equal parts grounding and emotional. This year was full in the best way. Full of connection. Full of creativity. And best of all, full of people who trusted me with something deeply personal. And that is something I never take lightly.

From the very first session of the year to the last golden hour of summer to the end of the short winter days in the studio… I was so lucky to document every client who stepped into my studio or invited me into their space.
I’m endlessly grateful for the people who showed up as themselves and let me do what I love. This year brought some really fun highlights. I worked with more couples in the studio than ever before, which added a new layer of intimacy and storytelling to my work. Including couples maternity sessions like this one.

From photographing in a gorgeous mid-century modern in home filled with clean lines and warm textures, to a sultry phone booth model session that felt bold and cinematic… these shoots reminded me yet again why experimentation matters. I think I’ll always be the artist that explores and plays with my craft. I always want to bring a fresh eye to the table.

I had the privilege of clients traveling to work with me from all over the country again. I am always so honored when someone plans a trip around their session with me, and this year brought so many new friends my way. Like this client who traveled from Montana!
I also got to work with so many brides this year!! We had fun personalizing each shoot. From sultry, to playful, to cheeky… and everything in between. I blogged a lot about bridal shoots this year, so if you are getting married in 2026, make sure to check those out!

Pool sessions made their return, complete with sun kissed skin, and that carefree feeling that only summer seems to bring.

I also loved spending more time refining poses and lighting in the studio. Playing with shadows, angles, and new gear. And of course, those golden hour quickie sessions in Summer never disappoint. I’ll always adore that evening light.
To everyone who booked, shared, hit like on Instagram, or cheered me on this year, thank you.
