Here’s the truth: boudoir isn’t about how old you are.
It’s about taking up space in the world.

Some of my clients are brides in their 20s, celebrating a new season of love and excitement… others are mothers who have spent years caring for everyone around them. Still others are career women who hustle their asses off, growing a life for themselves.
And some are retired women in their 60s who are rediscovering themselves in a brand-new chapter of life.

Taking Up Your Space in the World:
As women, we carry so much of the world on our shoulders.

- Creating proactive safety for the people around us; in both the loud big ways… and the quiet, unnoticed ways.
Reality is: women shape the world every day.
And through all of that, it becomes easy to forget that our bodies deserve to be honored too. Booking a boudoir session is a chance to pause and acknowledge the body that carries you through all of it.
Your body has held joy, strength, softness, resilience, and growth. Every single season you go through is worthy of reverence, investment and honor.
That’s why there is no best age for boudoir photography.
Here’s what I know: for generations, women’s bodies have been judged, criticized, and controlled. Every decade seems to bring a new list of expectations about how we should look or exist. They’re not just unhelpful, they’re harmful.
Showing up for yourself in a boudoir session strongly pushes back against that noise.
You create a space where your body is not something to fix or critique. It is something to admire. Something to celebrate.
Because every season of your body deserves to be noticed and celebrated.
The body you have today is worthy of being seen.
Is there a best age for boudoir photography?
The simple is honestly incredibly simple. Nope!
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome in my studio, and I would LOVE to have you.
Boudoir is not about a specific body type or a certain age.
It is about presence.
It is about stepping into a room and allowing yourself to exist to the fullest extent of yourself.
Inside the studio, the world slows down for a moment. You breathe. You move. And then, you reconnect with the quiet power that has always been there.
And when the session is over, you leave with more than photographs.
You leave with tangible evidence of your brilliant essence.
