I am absolutely loving all the Spicy Bride shoots I’ve been having in the studio lately. Not only do these intimate portrait sessions make for amazing wedding gifts for your significant others, they also serve to make you feel confident AF before your big day.

This bride flew all the way from Wisconsin for her session at my Minneapolis studio. (I’m so honored when people fly in for their shoots!!) She had picked out some lingerie to wear, and also wanted to get some shots in a custom bridal jacket she had made for her wedding day. I’m all about incorporating personal details into your shoot, especially for big events like weddings, birthdays etc.

We started off with a pop of color with a teal, silk two-piece garter set. (You can find a similar one here!) Then she wore a black balconette bra set with ribbon detail – black always looks so good in the studio! After that, we turned up the spice level with a mesh red number that she looked KILLER in. Lastly, we took photos in her custom bridal jacket, and some with just the sheet. Her final album she purchased for her fiancé was full of variety and lots of spice.
