This vintage-inspired boudoir session was SPICY, and so much fun to get creative with! From posing to lingerie, this girl ROCKED her session and just ran with my vision. It is such an honor to get to empower women with a life-changing experience every single day. 

As a Minneapolis boudoir photographer, I get to experiment and refine every aspect of my session. From client experience, lingerie outfits, poses, and editing. It is always so fun to get creative with new ideas! This vintage-inspired boudoir session was born from a desire to have fun with my editing. And FUN it was!

I leaned into the filmy and grainy vibes, diving into the vintage and dark look and feel we are all chasing these days. I took it a step further by incorporating more vintage-inspired props and settings. Lights, candles, and simple lingerie!

I’m a big fan of the spicy lingerie we know and love today, but there is something so nostalgic and sultry about the more vintage lingerie look. Think soft whites, deep blacks, and a loose T-shirt or blouse. Lingerie is such a big part of any boudoir session. You can spice up your session with one lingerie look, or romanticize it with a completely different look.  The options and ideas are endless!

This vintage-inspired boudoir session further reminded me why I LOVE what I do. Not only do I get to see the powerful transformations a boudoir session provides every single day, but I also get to fill my cup with new and exciting things every single day. It is such an honor to document this confidence-building experience every single day!
